Associate Consultant/Consultant/Senior Consultant
As a Consultant, you would be the vital core of our company. You would be involved in execution of client mandates initially. At a later stage, as you move up the ladder, you shall be involved in business development for the company, client relationship management and mandate execution by your team.
As a senior consultant; you are expected to service existing clients as well as identify new prospect clients through targeted business development. You would supervise your team on mandate execution and would be involved in team management and mentoring. You would be expected to have strong knowledge and understanding of the industries covered by the practice you choose to represent.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of relevant vertical, hands on experience of closing search assignments, excellent communication and inter personal skills. You should have minimum 1 year of experience in the search and selection business.
